Sautéed Carrots with Sage
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. olive oil
1 ½ c. carrots—sliced
2 T water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp. chopped fresh sage
1) Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat.  Add oil & swirl to
coat.  
2) Add carrot & water.  Partially cover pan & cook for 10 mins. until
carrots are almost tender.  
3) Add salt & pepper, increase heat to medium high & cook for
approx. 4 mins., until carrots are tender & lightly brown.  Stir
frequently.  
4) Sprinkle with sage & serve.
